I came across two great resources in the past few weeks. I can’t say enough about them. They’re both managed by real people who take their web sites very seriously. And, they know what they’re talking about.
Performance Nutritionals – an online store for health and wellness products and information. I found their prices to be WAY lower than my local natural foods store. I love my natural food store manager because she is so informed and makes product suggestions that are always a perfect fit. But the cost of my herbal remedy just went up from $20 to nearly $30 so I was looking online to save money.

The other resource I discovered is Mind Connection – Brain Power Center. Mark Lamendola runs the site and the newsletter. His promotional materials say over 1 million people have visited his site. I’m not surprised. He says thousands of people visit them for hours and provides some testimonials to support this statement.
It’s kind of a kick to peruse. I found everything from courses in How to Overcome Sleeplessness for $19.95 to ways to get more focused. The site offers a treasure trove of links to information about allergies and chemical sensitivities. Check it out.
